Andy Kaiser is one of Germanys great directors in the field of stop-motion animation. He started out at an early age in Boston (USA). Inspired by "Star Wars" he self-developed his skills until he was accepted into the renowned Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany, where he studied at the Animationsinstitut. His expressive films earned him a nomination for "Deutscher Kamerapreis", also receiving Best Picture at the "19th Brussels Fantasy Film Festival"and his work made the "German-Roll" at the "Festival de Cannes".
Andy then moved to the UK and started Rubber Rocket. The company
gained a reputation for its quality in animation and fine execution of ideas. Rubber Rocket was involved in commercials for Bacardi, ITV, Levis Jeans and did bumpers and trailers for the BBC. Back in Berlin, Andy
collaborated on films for Nutella,
Deutsche Industrie Norm and Grohe tools.
Andy is a master in a variety of animation styles. He has a vast knowledge of the analog and digital workflow.This gives him a great palette of artistic choices to create distinctive works for clients at his animation facility in Berlin.
